Delicious, wild, sustainable Alaska sockeye salmon portions harvested sustainably by small-boat fisherman John Williams on the F/V Encounter on Copper River. Sockeye salmon is a high-oil content species of salmon known for its rich flavor and distinctive deep red flesh, which retains its color throughout cooking.
Sockeye portions are approximately 8 ounces each and are priced per pound. They have an industry standard shelf life of 2 years, meaning they will remain high quality for the duration of the shelf life.
Add-ons are shipped with monthly seafood shares and are available in Sitka, Juneau, Anchorage, Fairbanks, Seattle and Bellingham.
Add-ons can also be picked up from the Alaskans Own office in Sitka.
