Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs. wild salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- Lemons slices for effect.
Preheat over to 450 degrees F. Line baking sheet with foil. In a small bowl combine all the ingredients except lemon slices. If skin-on salmon portions, place the salmon on the baking sheet skin down. Brush the top and sides of the salmon with the combine sauce and top each portion with lemon slices. Bake for 12-15 minutes until just cooked through and flaky.
