BBQ Salmon with Pickled Berries and Wildflowers

Pickled berries

Lemon & fresh herbs

1lb flash frozen salmon, thawed overnight 

Sea salt

Alice Bay BBQ Sauce


Use pilers to debone fish. Salt fish and allow to sit for 30 minutes. Coat skin side in vegetable oil and flesh side in BBQ sauce. Cook for 10 minutes on grill at high heat. Add splash of lemon, pickled berries, extra BBQ sauce, and fresh herbs on top of cooked fish.
