Price is per (1) 8oz pack of wild-caught, fresh smoked Alaskan Coho Salmon Candy.
Candy is dry rolled snack-size pieces of Coho sweet cured for 18 hours, and then alder smoked for 6 hours with brown sugar, salt, and spices.
