Wild Alaska Halibut Lovers Box Harvested by Long-Lining. Sweet, delicate flavor with a firm, flaky texture. Maintains its shape well and is especially suitable for grilling or roasting. All of our seafood is flash frozen or "fresher than fresh" to ensure its quality is maintained at the peak of freshness. 

There are 2 different sizes of halibut:

1 lb pieces: These 2-4 oz pieces are vacuum sealed together into a 1 lb package

5-7 oz portions: These portions are individually flash frozen and vacuum sealed

Our Wild Alaska Halibut Lovers Box comes in four sizes:

  • EXTRA SMALL You will receive 10 pounds of locally-caught, frozen Halibut. *Your choice of 1 lb of pieces, 5-7oz portions or an equal mix of both sizes.
  • SMALL: You will receive 20 pounds of locally-caught, frozen Halibut. *Your choice of 1 lb of pieces, 5-7oz portions or an equal mix of both sizes.
  • MEDIUM: You will receive 30 pounds of locally-caught, frozen Halibut. *Your choice of 1 lb of pieces, 5-7oz portions or an equal mix of both sizes.
  • LARGE: You will receive 40 pounds of locally-caught, frozen Halibut. *Your choice of 1 lb of pieces, 5-7oz portions or an equal mix of both sizes.
