Wild Alaska Dungeness Crab are harvested in the summer months around the pristine waters of Kodiak Island aboard the F/V Emily Rose. Dungeness crab have a sweet and firm texture and you ca find great clumps of meat in their shells. They are perfect for quiches, crab cakes and just plain eating drenched in butter. Dungeness crab is on sale for $20 per pound .
