Marbled King Salmon portions, harvested sustainably in Alaskan waters near Sitka, Alaska. Marbled King Salmon is a very rare and unique fish. It has a marbled pattern - a mix of ivory king salmon and classic red king salmon. It has a slightly different, and more mild and buttery flavor. Marbled king salmon is highly prized for its high oil content, and firm texture. Its high oil content makes it especially good for grilling, broiling, sautéing, and roasting.
These are 7-9oz boneless portions. They have an industry standard shelf life of 2 years, meaning they will remain high quality for the duration of the shelf life.
