1 pounds of black cod (sablefish works as well), spread out in a shallow baking pan.
1/2 cup Yoshida's teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
1 orange OR 1/4 cup of orange juice
Mix Yoshida's, apple cider vinegar, and orange juice (or orange) in a bowl and pour over fish. Let marinate for at least 2 hours in the fridge. When ready to cook, prepare skillet over a medium-heat with a teaspoon or so of sesame oil and a little diced garlic. Let pan get fairly hot, then add the fish and a couple tablespoons of marinade in and put a lid on. Flip the fish in 4 minutes. After another 4 the fish should be delicious and flaky.
