Wild Alaska Sablefish (Black Cod) Box Harvested by Long-Lining. Black Cod has a succulent rich flavor and velvety texture with a rich oil content. All of our seafood is flash frozen or "fresher than fresh" to ensure its quality is maintained at the peak of freshness. 

There are 2 different sizes of sablefish (Black Cod):

1lb pieces: These pieces are vacuum sealed together into a 1 lb package

7-9 oz portions: These portions are individually flash frozen and vacuum sealed

Our Wild Alaska Sablefish (Black Cod) Portions Box comes in four sizes:

  • EXTRA SMALL: You will receive 10 pounds of locally-caught, frozen Sablefish portions. *Your choice of 1 lb of pieces, 7-9 oz portions or an equal mix of both sizes.
  • SMALL: You will receive 20 pounds of locally-caught, frozen Sablefish portions. *Your choice of 1 lb of pieces, 7-9 oz portions or an equal mix of both sizes.
  • MEDIUM: You will receive 30 pounds of locally-caught, frozen Sablefish portions. *Your choice of 1 lb of pieces, 7-9 oz portions or an equal mix of both sizes.
  • LARGE: You will receive 40 pounds of locally-caught, frozen Sablefish portions. *Your choice of 1 lb of pieces, 7-9 oz portions or an equal mix of both sizes.
