Sockeye salmon is a high-oil content species of salmon known for its rich flavor and distinctive deep red flesh, which retains its color throughout cooking. All of our seafood is flash frozen or "fresher than fresh" to ensure its quality is maintained at the peak of freshness.
Our Sockeye Salmon Box comes in four sizes:
Portions have had pin bones removed and are flash frozen and vacuum sealed. They are approximately 8oz each, depending on the natural variation of the fish and the cut.
