Delicious, individually and sustainably caught, wild, Alaskan rockfish. Many southeast Alaskans love rockfish in their fish tacos, but this white fish is also amazing grilled, sauteed, and baked. Rockfish has a mild to full taste and a firm, flaky texture. It's a very versatile fish, so use rockfish in your next seafood dish!
The portions come flash frozen and vacuum sealed in approximately .75 lb-1.25 lbs., depending on the natural variation of the fish and the cut. They have a industry standard shelf life of 2 years, meaning they will remain high quality for the duration of the shelf life.
Add-ons are shipped with monthly seafood shares and are available in Sitka, Juneau, Anchorage, Fairbanks, Seattle and Bellingham.
Add-ons can also be picked up from the Alaskans Own office in Sitka.
