Delicious pacific grey cod harvested sustainably in pristine Alaskan waters by a commercial fishing family on the F/V New Dawn out of Kodiak, AK. Pacific grey cod has a firm texture and mild flavor that compliments many different flavors. Try it in cod tacos, fish & chips or even use in soups. 

The portions come flash frozen in vacuum sealed bags. Portion size varies depending on natural variations and cut. They have an industry standard shelf life of 2 years (with proper freezing), meaning they will remain high quality for the duration of the shelf life.
