Wild Alaskan halibut, minced and packaged in 1 pound bags. Enjoy the same great quality of our Halibut portions with the convenience of small pieces for a variety of recipes. Minced halibut is perfect for making fish cakes, burgers, stir-fry, tacos and more! 

They have an industry standard shelf life of 2 years, meaning they will remain high quality for the duration of the shelf life.

Shipping

Add-ons can be shipped with monthly seafood shares and are available in Sitka, Juneau, Anchorage, Fairbanks, Seattle and Bellingham.

Add-ons can also be picked up from the Alaskans Own office in Sitka.
