Coho salmon has a lower oil content and a subtler taste than king salmon making it a milder, versatile salmon option. Coho is great grilled, pan fried, baked, and in chowders. Fillets come flash frozen and vacuum sealed and are approximately 1.2 pounds each, depending on the natural variation of the fish and the cut. Fillets are priced per each 1.2 pound fillet. They have Pin Bone In, which are simple to remove
They have an industry standard shelf life of 2 years, meaning they will remain high quality for the duration of the shelf life.
