SERVES 6 PREP TIME 15 minutes COOK TIME 0 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 Small Loaf of Fresh Bread (of your choice)
4 oz Package of Wild Alaska Smoked Salmon
1 cup Tzatziki (homemade or store bought)
1 Avocado, Sliced
Sprouts or Micro Greens
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Slice the bread into individual toast slices.
- Add a layer of tzatziki.
- Fold smoked salmon on top.
- Slice avocado and add on top of the salmon.
- Sprinkle sprouts or micro greens for finish with sea salt and pepper
