Alaskans Own is a Not-For-Profit Community Supported Fishery
and donates 100% of our profits to fishery conservation and our community health and resilience programs
We’ve been Alaskans Own subscribers for so long I don’t know what I’d do without it. Our CSF share saves me time and money, while also letting me shop my values and support sustainable, local nutrition. I love that I can budget a set amount, spend 5 minutes subscribing in the spring, and then have high quality fish on hand for the whole year.

For over six years we've gladly signed up for a monthly fish share. The quality is excellent; the people are friendly and flexible; the price is competitive. It feels good to support local sustainable fishing. And it feels great to have a freezer full of fish!
I have been purchasing an Alaskans Own subscription for many years now, and it is not only delicious and perfectly packaged but also central to our meals all year. We do not eat red meat so the fish we get from AO is crucial to us – especially the incredible salmon and black cod which are our favorites. Eaten with fresh vegetables, it is great for our health and our taste buds.
We Alaskans love our seafood and Alaskans Own delivers the best! We just had the last of our Black Cod for a special Valentines Dinner. We love to have Alaskan seafood throughout the whole year with our share of Alaskans Own. I appreciate that AO supports local fishermen and is committed to conservation.
We have been Alaskans Own subscribers since 2011. We appreciate the convenience and, most of all, love the high quality, sustainable, wild Alaska seafood we receive. It's a great way to keep the freezer full while promoting responsible fishing practices and investing in local communities.
"The seafood we receive has been well prepared, cut & frozen. It's of excellent quality. I believe we're getting good value for our money."
"We are in our 70s and REALLY rely on Alaskans Own to help us keep our freezer full of the highest quality of vacuum packed seafood that we eat throughout the year. It’s critical for us to eat well."
